[message]Placed an order a day before. Didn’t pick up order until around 5 the next day and the still hadn’t made it. I waited 40 minutes at the shop for my order. When I got home the toppings on the Dubai cookies were melted all over the boxes because they topped them while warm. When I called and complained they said they would give me a refund for my order but only received a fraction of my order refunded. What horrible customer service. Would never order again.
I’m addicted to all their products especially the Dubai Chocolate and Ube cookies. The menu keeps growing and it’s hard on my diet lol.
Oreo cheesecake, Dubai chocolate, Ube…they are all delicious! We love these cookies!
