Catering FAQ

What can you cater?

Cookies (platters, individually wrapped favors and gift boxes), warm scoopables (our scoopable cookies, served on their own or with Straus Family Creamery organic soft serve), and mango sticky rice when it's in season. Dubai chocolate cups and other desserts are available too, just ask.

Do you set up or serve at the event?

Yes. Choose from drop-off, a table setup where we arrange and style your dessert display, or full on-site service where our team serves your guests for the event. Tell us your venue, guest count and timing and we'll confirm availability.

How much lead time do you need?

We recommend 3–7 days for drop-off orders. Table setups, on-site service, larger orders and custom branding may need more time. Tell us your date and we'll confirm. We cater in Las Vegas, Riverside and Tempe with the right notice.

Can you do rush orders?

Often, yes. Send a request or email info@bakethecookieshoppe.com and we'll do our best. Rush fees may apply.

How is pricing set?

By menu, guest count, service style (drop-off, table setup or on-site service) and any branding. We'll send a quote tailored to your event.

Is mango sticky rice always available?

It's seasonal. Ask when you request a quote and we'll let you know if it's available for your date.

How many cookies should I plan per guest?

Most events plan 1.5–2 cookies per guest, more for dessert-only events.

Can you add our logo?

Yes: custom stickers or sleeves and note cards. Minimums and lead time apply.

Do you deliver to hotels and convention centers?

Yes. For hotels and venues, include the venue name, department or reservation name, and any loading or bell desk instructions.

Can you ship boxes to attendees?

Yes, nationwide by UPS. You choose the ship date at checkout and boxes typically arrive 1–3 business days later.

Do you have allergen-friendly options?

Many items contain wheat, dairy, eggs and nuts. We'll point you to the best options, but cross-contact is possible in our bakery.

What's your cancellation policy?

Let us know about changes as early as possible. Cancellations within 72 hours of your event are typically non-refundable.

How do I pay?

Pay online at checkout, or by invoice link for larger orders. Tax-exempt groups, please send your certificate.
