Welcome to bake the Cookie Shoppe, a Las Vegas-based Award-Winning Cookie Shop started by a group of foodies who have a passion for desserts. Our team, Chad and Mara Indrieri, brothers Toan & Trung Nguyen, and Britney, have always been fascinated by the world of baking and have always believed that we could turn our love for sweets into a successful business.
