bake started as an online cookie shop in Las Vegas: local delivery, nationwide shipping, and a group of friends who couldn't stop talking about flavors.

A third-place finish at Dessert Wars told us we were onto something. Today we bake fresh every day in four shops, on Decatur, in Downtown Summerlin, in Riverside and in Tempe, and we still ship gift boxes across the country.

Riverside is where most of the original team grew up, so opening there felt like coming home. Las Vegas is where we built bake, and it's where we're staying.
