From a Pandemic Dream to a Community Favorite

Bake the Cookie Shoppe began in 2020, when five friends — Chad & Mara Indrieri, brothers Trung & Toan Nguyen, and Britney Nguyen — came together with one sweet mission: to reimagine the cookie experience.

They knew the market was missing something. Instead of buying into a franchise, they built something original — blending nostalgic cookie favorites with bold, Asian-inspired flavors and standout packaging.

They started small — popping up at local events, packing cookies in pizza boxes, and learning with every batch. Through grassroots hustle, word-of-mouth, and B2B partnerships, they grew a loyal following and carved out a space in the Las Vegas food scene.
