Questions

Is the date I pick the arrival date?

No. It’s your ship date. UPS usually delivers 1–3 business days after.

Can I ship to a hotel?

Yes, but not every hotel accepts food deliveries, so please check first. Include the guest’s name, check-in date and bell desk instructions.

How do I track my order?

We email a UPS tracking link as soon as your box ships.

Do you ship on Fridays?

We usually avoid Friday ship dates so boxes don’t sit in a warehouse over the weekend. For a special request, call us at 702-476-9342.

Sending several gifts?

Place one order per address, or email info@bakethecookieshoppe.com for bulk and corporate gifting.

What about hot weather?

We pack for the heat in summer and may limit ship dates to protect quality. Dubai Chocolate Hearts ship October through April only.
