Shipping policy

We ship cookies and gift boxes anywhere in the United States by UPS. In-store desserts like soft serve aren't available for shipping.

Shipping rates: UPS Ground is a flat $10 anywhere in the lower 48 states and Washington, DC, and free on orders of $75 or more. Faster UPS options (2nd Day Air, Next Day Air) are priced at checkout. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses is priced at checkout.

Ship dates: You pick your ship date in your cart before checkout. This is the day your box leaves us, not the arrival date. We ship Monday through Thursday so boxes don't sit in a warehouse over the weekend. UPS Ground usually delivers 1-3 business days after your box ships; farther addresses can take longer, so pick an earlier date if timing matters.

Tracking: We email a UPS tracking link as soon as your box ships.

Holidays and weather: Holiday ship-by dates are posted on our Holiday Gift Guide. In hot weather we pack for the heat and may limit ship dates to protect quality. Dubai Chocolate Hearts ship October through April only.
