FAQs & Shipping Information

Can I customize my cookie box? Yes. Build a box of 6 ($30) or 12 ($59) with any flavors from this month's lineup, or contact us for special requests.
Do you offer gift messages? Yes. Add a gift message when you build your box, or under Special instructions in your cart, and we'll include a card. Every box ships in our black gift box.
Can I place a bulk or corporate order? Yes. See our Corporate Gifting page for bulk pricing, logo options and multi-address shipping.
Can I order now for a future date? Yes. For shipping, pick your ship date in your cart. For pickup or local delivery, schedule your time up to 14 days ahead when you order from your store.
Do you offer catering? Yes, in Las Vegas, Riverside and Tempe with the right notice. See Catering & Events to request a quote.

What are your best-selling cookies? Ube Crinkle is our overall best seller, and Oreo Milkshake is our award winner, 3rd place at Dessert Wars.
Do you have gift boxes? Yes. Shop gift boxes for birthdays, thank-yous, congratulations, holidays and our Monthly Flavor Box.
Are there any allergen warnings? Our cookies are made by hand on shared equipment that processes dairy, eggs, soy, wheat, peanuts and tree nuts. We are not an allergy-free bakery.

Do you offer pickup or local delivery? Yes, from all four stores in Las Vegas, Riverside and Tempe. Choose your store to order pickup or delivery.
Where do you ship? Anywhere in the U.S. by UPS. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories is priced at checkout.
How does shipping work? Pick your ship date in your cart (we ship Monday through Thursday). UPS Ground is a flat $10 in the lower 48 and free on orders of $75 or more, and usually arrives 1–3 business days after your ship date. Faster UPS options are available at checkout.
Can I track my order? Yes. We email a UPS tracking link as soon as your box ships.

How should I store my cookies? In a sealed bag at room temperature for up to 4 days, or an airtight container for up to 5. Skip the fridge, which dries them out.
Can I freeze them? Yes, for up to 3 months in an airtight container. Thaw for an hour at room temperature. See Cookie Care for warming tips.
Do cookies ship with ice packs? No. They're sealed fresh and packed in our gift box. In hot weather we pack for the heat and may limit ship dates to protect quality.
What if my cookies arrive soft or melted? Let them firm up at room temperature or briefly in the fridge. If there's a real problem, email us photos and we'll make it right.
