Every month we rotate the lineup, and every month someone emails us in mild panic asking whether their favorite is still on the list. Fair. So here's August, laid out plainly — one brand-new flavor, one returning by popular demand, and four that have earned their spot.

What's new: Strawberry Crunch

This is the one we've been quietly testing in the back for weeks. Think strawberry shortcake ice cream — the kind with the crumbly coating you always ate around the outside first — rebuilt as a cookie. Golden, buttery base, real strawberry through the dough, and a crunchy crumble topping that gives it the texture the bar version is famous for.

It's sweet without being cloying, and it's the most summer-tasting thing we've put in a box all year. If you only try one new cookie this month, make it this one.

What's back: Peanut Butter Chip

Peanut Butter Chip left the rotation and we heard about it. Repeatedly. In the comments, in DMs, and in person at the counter.
