Grand Opening Recap: Our Second Bake the Cookie Shoppe is Officially Open!

What an incredible day.
On November 8th, we opened the doors to our second Bake the Cookie Shoppe location in Downtown Summerlin, and we are still smiling about it.

From the moment the line started forming to the last cookies that left the box — this grand opening was something special. And it’s because of you: the customers, family, friends, neighbors, and community who showed up with love, energy, and support.

A Day to Remember

We kicked off the morning with excitement buzzing through the air.
The first 20 customers received special treats, but honestly, everyone who showed up made our day.

There were hugs.
There were photos.
There were a lot of cookies.
And most importantly, there were smiles everywhere you looked.

If you were there, thank you. If you sent love online, thank you. If you’ve ever shared, recommended, or brought someone to Bake — thank you.

This store exists because of our community.
