What is a Chocolate Puddle Cake?

It's exactly what it sounds like. We take rich, fudgy chocolate cake and let it soak in a warm pool of silky chocolate sauce. The cake drinks up the sauce, so every bite is moist, gooey, and glossy. Whatever's left at the bottom of the bowl? That's the best part.

It's simple on purpose. No gimmicks, no toppings fighting for attention. Just chocolate on chocolate, served warm.

How to eat it

Eat it warm, right away. This is a dessert made for the moment, when the sauce is still warm and the cake is soft.

Add soft serve. Our organic vanilla soft serve melting into warm chocolate sauce is hard to beat. Warm and cold, rich and creamy. Trust us on this one.

What it took to launch

A new dessert doesn't just show up on the menu. Before the Puddle Cake launched, we tested it until every batch came out the same. We wrote the recipe into step-by-step standards, trained our team so it's made right every time, and made sure each store had what it needs. It's a lot of work behind one spoonful, and that's the point. When you order it, it should taste exactly how we meant it to.

Where to get it

The Chocolate Puddle Cake is in-store only and available now at our Downtown Summerlin location. It's rolling out to our other shops soon, so stay tuned.

Because it's best served warm, it isn't available for shipping. This one's worth the trip.
