Some desserts you eat with your hands. This one, you dig into.

The Scoop-a-Bowl started with a simple idea: what if a cookie didn't have to hold its shape? What if we leaned all the way into the part everyone actually loves — that warm, gooey, molten center — and served it in a bowl you could scoop straight out of?

So that's what we did. Every Scoop-a-Bowl is a freshly baked cookie kept soft and warm, layered into a bowl and finished with a swirl of cold vanilla soft serve and a thick drizzle of melted chocolate. Hot meets cold. Crisp edges meet a center that's still pulling apart. It's the most indulgent way we've ever served a cookie, and it's become one of the most-ordered things on our menu.

A few things worth knowing:

It's made fresh, in limited quantities, every day. When it's gone, it's gone — so it's worth coming in early if you've got your heart set on one.

It's built to share, but you won't want to. The portion is generous, but we've watched plenty of people guard their bowl like it's a state secret. No judgment.

It's the dessert that photographs itself. The soft serve, the chocolate drizzle, the warm cookie underneath — it does most of the work for you. Tag us when you do.

Come grab a Scoop-a-Bowl at any of our locations in Las Vegas, Riverside, or Tempe. Bring a spoon — actually, we've got those covered.
