I ordered online and Bake did let me know that 2 cookies weren’t available. I emailed them back with my new request. When the cookies came I received some random cookies that were not ordered. I emailed them about this weeks ago and received no response.

My family and I absolutely love Bake cookies. We’re always so excited to see the flavors of the day. We went in to take advantage of the BOGO boxes on Black Friday. As always it did not disappoint. Only thing is we have yet to receive the coupon for the BOGO half dozen. I have tried reaching out through IG but no response. We are still fans and will still continue to go here for our cookies however just bummed about that.
I have yet to taste cookies that taste just like the ones you bake at home! bake HAS THEM ALL! The taste, the customer service, and MOST importantly, their connection to the community and bringing that taste to all of us! This is a locally owned business that bake cookies tastier than any big boxed stores! Try them!
Yes, I can see why it’s the most popular one as it combines both flavors together evenly and distinctly. Very well done. It was sealed in a bag to keep freshness as I ate it 3 days later.
