In 2020, five friends—Chad & Mara Indrieri, brothers Trung & Toan Nguyen, and Britney Nguyen—teamed up to rethink what a cookie could be. Nostalgic flavors. Bold, Asian-inspired twists. Packaging you’d actually want to keep. Instead of buying into a playbook, we built our own.
