Two New Fall Cookies: Butterfinger and Apple Pie
Every week our team sits around a table and tastes new ideas. Most of them don't make it. These two did, and we think you're going to see why.
Say hello to the newest additions to the Bake lineup: the Butterfinger Cookie and the Apple Pie Cookie. One is crunchy, peanut buttery candy-bar chaos. The other is a slice of fall baked into a cookie. Both are available now.

The Butterfinger Cookie

This one is for the candy-bar lovers. We fold generous handfuls of crushed Butterfinger into our rich brown sugar dough and bake it thick, until the edges turn golden and crisp.
Here's the fun part: as it bakes, some of the candy melts into caramelized, toffee-like pockets of chocolate and peanut butter. The chunks that hold their shape keep that signature Butterfinger crunch. So every bite gives you a soft, chewy center, crisp edges, melty chocolate, and crunchy candy.
Pro tip: Warm it for 10–15 seconds in the microwave and those candy pockets get gooey. Add a cold glass of milk and you're set.
The Butterfinger Cookie is available for local pickup, Las Vegas delivery, and nationwide shipping, so you can send one to someone who needs it.
The Apple Pie Cookie

If fall had a cookie, this would be it. We start with our buttery vanilla bean dough, add cinnamon chips, and bake it until the edges get crisp and caramelized.
Right in the center is a generous well of apple filling: tender diced apples simmered in brown sugar and cinnamon until glossy and jammy. Then we top it with a buttery streusel crumble for that classic pie-crust crunch. Crisp edges, soft center, gooey apples, crumble on top. A little bit of everything in every bite.
Pro tip: Warm it for 10–15 seconds for a fresh-from-the-oven pie experience. Want to go all in? Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Which one are you trying first?
Honestly, you don't have to pick. Grab both, split them with someone, and tell us which team you're on. Tag us on Instagram, because we want to see your picks.
Find them at our Las Vegas, Riverside, and Tempe shops, or order online for pickup and delivery. See you soon.
